Thus the integrated management system of the VOA is certified by the AFAQ AFNOR organization according to the following norms: ISO 9001 (quality) ISO 14001 (Environment) ISO 22000 (Food Safety) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety).

VOA is the first glassmaking company in Europe to obtain an integrated quadruple certification.

This rewards VOA’s commitment to customer satisfaction while always considering food safety for the customer. This step is part of a larger process of sustainable development geared towards protecting our employees and the environment.

At the level of mastering food safety for the consumer, VOA has put in place several procedures in its production regarding the risks of glass, the use of oils and grease conforming to NSF H1 food norms and putting strict hygiene rules in place for personnel.
