VOA picks-up the gauntlet of this crystal clear bottle !
What do these forms evoke? The rushing waters of a spring? A Roman column?
For many it would seem that this is the height of success! The bottle for St. Géron -- distributed exclusively among restaurants, wine sellers and gourmet stores -- enlivens the tables of the finest chefs with its new aura.
This impeccable bottle is signed by Alberto Bali, decorator for the starry Alain Dutornier--the same Alain Dutornier who awakened the soul of the Auvergne spring whose distribution had dried up in 1975.
One does not stir still waters? All the protagonists in this great adventure will retort: "False!"
If such a successful design is difficult to implement, VOA took up the challenge sparkling with energy. First attempts recalling the all-too-fragile world of perfume played intermediary roles before the more convincing final draft.
Who would have thought that in this gamble the expertise of the VOA would prove crucial in evolving, without completely changing, the spirit of this container, faced with such numerous constraints?
A small miracle
The lightly-rounded facets stabilize the ensemble, which despite the reinforcement appears slender. The ergonomy is improved. It is a success which fills the VOA with pride and glasses with extra-delicate bubbles. Nominated for the "Oscars" of packaging, we hope that the St. Géron bottle continues to seduce gourmets the world over.
